Tier One (T1) is fantastic for IP generation, cross-disciplinary team-building, technical problem solving, and for generating a breadth of new ideas at the earliest stage of a new product development (NPD) project — all with a minimal time commitment. The outputs for a tier one session include:
A live, guided concept ideation session led by one or more designers
Dozens to hundreds of detailed black and white hand illustrations
Professional photography of the session, including a time lapse video
A spreadsheet with an illustration and description of each concept
A digital deck consolidating all illustrations into a single, shareable format
A T1 ideation session is a powerful tool by which to unlock the creative horsepower of your team without a large commitment of time or resources. The outputs provide documentation of the IP generated during the session, including illustrations and descriptions that can be used as the foundation for future IP and product development. Often, the sketches created during these sessions are sufficient to convey the ideas without additional work.
